As a staffing agency, we have numerous sources from where we receive hundreds and thousands of applications. Our team of professionals identifies and processes the eligible applicants that meet your requirements based on the job you are seeking assistance with. We understand that each clients’ needs are specific and we tailor our process based on those needs. After the applicants are identified as a potential match for your specific needs, they are sent through a screening process including but not limited to a background check, drug screen, employment eligibility (via the I-9 process including the E-Verify Process). We can also perform specific applicant assessment/skills test based on your needs.
We service numerous clients ranging from very simple needs to very specific needs. Our processes are set to expedite the experience whether you need a temporary worker for a few weeks or a high-level executive. The recruiting software that we utilize uses artificial intelligence (AI) so filtering through thousands of candidates is a breeze and we can find a pool of candidates within hours of receiving a request for a specific staffing need.
We have standard contracts that will be executed before we can begin our partnership. The contract will include fees based on your specific needs as a client. The fee is set based on the work being performed and with Hour Personnel Services, Inc. being the employer of the employee while working at your organization, we cover expenses such as payroll taxes, unemployment (Federal and State), workers compensations and health insurance.
