    • The pay rate or range for the position you are seeking assistance with.
    • Any other details you feel is pertinent to finding you the best matched candidate.
  2. Next, we match your requirements with our pool of candidates who have continuously updated profiles and resumés in our system. If we do not find a good match in our system, our team of recruiters will proactively recruit candidates to find a good match.
  3. After the candidate(s) complete the required screening, we send you candidates to you from which you can select the candidate(s) you wish to bring in for an interview or simply start them on the assignment.
  4. After you have chosen the candidate(s) you wish to interview, our team will contact the candidate(s) to schedule an interview based on your availability.
  5. After the interview process is complete and you believe you have identified the candidate that matches best with your needs, we will coordinate a start date with you and communicate this with the candidate.
  6. Once the individual has started the assignment with your company, they will be an employee of Hour Personnel until they meet the required working hours as deemed by the contract with your company. During this time, all employment requirements are handled by Hour Personnel including but not limited to: required payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance, federal and state unemployment taxes.
